St. Towa Co., Ltd. acknowledges an importance of the protection of private information and therefore makes effort to protect private information in accordance with following guidelines.
Handling Guideline of Private Information
- When the private information is to be obtained the purpose of collecting such information shall be specified and the information obtained shall be limited only to achieve such purpose. And when such information is to be used it shall be presented clearly to relevant person and utilized within the purpose of collecting private information as noticed or publicly declared.
- The private information shall not be publicly opened or provided to the third party unless the agreement is made with relevant customer.
- A person-in-charge on management of private information shall be appointed and those information shall be managed properly and safely. When the processing of private information is entrusted to the entity such works shall be supervised properly and safely.
- When the customer requests us to open or intend to revise their private information such request shall be responded properly in compliance with relevant rules and regulations. However when such request is made the kind of documents to be prepared, method for identification of person, actual cost incurred, etc. may be regulated.
- The method and way of handling the private information shall be reviwed continuously for improvement of such methods.
