We have had drawn our attention to fermentation function of microbe that decomposes organic matter. We have succeeded through a long research process to develop the technology that is possible to produce high quality and stable useful material. Based on such a technology, we design and provide various products that aim at a re-use of resources.

Feed Production Equipment

• The feed production plant that is to produce various types of feed for livestock raising, poultry farming and aquaculture using mainly the food wastes as a material such as food residual, farm products out of the standards, surplus disposal farm products with the biocatalyst which was developed uniquely by us.

Fertilizer Production Equipment

• The fertilizer production plant that is to produce various types of fertilizer for vegetable, fruits, gains, etc. using mainly the food wastes as its material such as food residual, farm products out of the standards, surplus disposal farm products; and dropping of livestock with the biocatalyst which was developed uniquely by us.
• Maximum production capacity: 7 tons / day
• Distinctive feature of fertilizer produced are quite high efficiency for growth improvement and increased crop volume due to a promotion of nebulizing the soil.

Soil Conditioner

• We produce various types of soil conditioners using our biocatalyst which aims for restoring disordered cultivated land due to repeated cultivation, contaminated soil and sludge to normal soil condition.

We have developed the technology that is to recycle waster products such as waste plastic, waste rubber tires, waste electric apparatus, etc. to produce recycled oil and solid fuel. This is a technology that effectively use a limited resource thereby contributes to a preservation of global environment.

Oil Recycling Equipment

• This is a plant that produces recycled oil and solid fuel from waste products of which origin is hydrocarbon by use of unique biocatalyst.

  High Safety

  We developed originally a low temperature and low pressure furnace that is possible to eliminate the dangers of ignition and explosion.

  Elimination of Preparatory Treatment

  Possible to receive the feed materials as these are, therefore no preparatory treatment process such as crushing, cleaning, etc are necessary.

  Cut Down Fuel Cost

  As a part of generated gas and recycled oil are emulsified with generated water to be used as a fuel needed for plant operation.

  Consideration on Global Environment

  Almost no residual is left after processing as carbide and waste generated through process are turned to solid fuel.
